In order to begin hiring from us, please complete the below New Account Form. Once submitted, you will receive an automated email confirming that we have received your application.

All accounts are subject to a manual approval; one of the team will verify your application as soon as possible. We will be in touch as soon as this is complete, or if we have any queries regarding the information you have supplied or if we require any additional information.

All fields marked with * are required and must be completed. If you cannot complete the form below or need to print it out perhaps, please email us and we can provide a PDF alternative.

    Please note that if your insurance does not cover the value of the equipment you are looking to hire, we will request that you either increase cover with your provider or purchase short term insurance.

    If you do not have your own annual insurance policy covering hired-in equipment, you will need to purchase short term cover. We recommend using Performance Insurance – you can quote and purchase directly online. When selecting dates, please be aware that cover must be inclusive of the delivery and collection dates. We can advise on the insurance values of the equipment you are looking to hire.

    Please be sure to email us a copy of the insurance policy once purchased.
